The Instrument Rating (IR) modular flying training course is designed to train pilots to the level of proficiency required to operate multi-engine aeroplanes under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC). The course covers a comprehensive range of topics essential for obtaining an Instrument Rating (IR) for single-engine aircraft. FLIGHT training
55 hours of flight training, which includes:
- 40 hours in an FNTP II simulator
- 15 hours in a multi-engine aircraft
- ME IR Skill Test: 2 hours, conducted with an authorized examiner
